Sweet & Sour Meatball: This recipe calls for 2 lbs. of ground beef and one pound of ground pork formed into small appetizer-sized meatballs. Once browned, add a sweet and sour sauce composed of chicken bouillon, cornstarch, soy sauce, Kitchen Bouquet, sugar, and vinegar. Then add strips of green pepper and pineapple chunks. Topped with roasted sesame seeds and served with love, it makes a delicious appetizer or a tasty meal when added to rice or noodles.
