GIVE TODAY

For Giving Tuesday, we are asking for donations to fund our STEAM Programs. STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math Programs) will help us extend our reach and impact.  This program represents the perfect chance to experience new technology, learn through firsthand experiences, and the urge to create. Makerspaces/Innovation Labs are helping prepare our young people with critical 21st-century skills in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. Our members will engage in engineering, data analysis, and communication, developing critical thinking and collaboration skills. Our teens will take part in learning the worlds of 3-D printing, Laser Cutters, Virtual Gaming, Creating a Podcast, Music Production, and more. The Lab will be a safe place where students can tap into the internet, learn about robotics, discover 3-D printing, and acquire new STEAM Skills.

The Lab will be packed with tools, technology, and the internet to narrow the digital divide in our community. Our members will become confident, life-long learners through unlimited possibilities. High-quality STEAM programming is an important strategy to help our youth prepare for great futures.

Success for us starts by providing state-of-the-art equipment for those children left behind and void of such opportunity. This will help these youth to feel comfortable around technology and be excited about their future. Success looks like engagement, excitement, and energy.
