Chef Lizzy here! I'll be making some Spicy Cajun Meatballs! Start by sautéing with"holy trinity," onions, bell peppers & celery. Don't forget minced garlic! Mix in sausage, beef, cooked white rice, egg, and cajun seasoning! This simple but tasty sauce is just barbecue sauce, orange marmalade, and a little kick of cayenne pepper. Sweet & Sour Meatball: This recipe calls for 2 lbs. of ground beef and one pound of ground pork formed into small appetizer-sized meatballs. Once browned, add a sweet and sour sauce composed of chicken bouillon, cornstarch, soy sauce, Kitchen Bouquet, sugar, and vinegar. Then add strips of green pepper and pineapple chunks. Topped with roasted sesame seeds and served with love, it makes a delicious appetizer or a tasty meal when added to rice or noodles.
