Registration Orientation to become a member of the Boys & Girls Club of Cathedral City take place every Tuesdy (english) & Wednesday (spanish) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY for youth ages 6 - 18. Parents MUST be on time, being late even 5 minutes will result in loss of an appointment and the need to reschedule.

This will be an information session for all new and returning members and parents. We will review the application, and Parent Hand Book. In order to ensure membership, Parents must bring their child and all necessary COPIES of the appropriate documents listed below. Parents can only sign up their own child.

Items necessary for registration:

1. Copy of Current Report Card
2. Copy of Immunization Records
3. Copy of Birth Certificate (only if child is 6 years old)
4. Emergency Information
